Dr Catherine Walter
Emeritus Fellow in Applied LinguisticsCatherine Walter is a former member of the Education Department. She is a UK Higher Education National Teaching Fellow, and she remains active in second language acquisition research and outreach. She is an advocate for equity and diversity in education, and is the Chair of Oxford University’s Disability Advisory Group. Catherine is also the founder and Secretary of Linacre’s powerlifting club, the Linacre Ladies that Lift.
